Welcome
on the 5th Aviation Knowledge & Career Day 2011
Welcome on the 5th Aviation Knowledge & Career Day 2011!
On Saturday 5
Novemver 2011, the 5th Aviation Knowledge & Career
Day is being organized. The Aviation Knowledge & Career Day
is an annual aviation related knowledge and trade fare.
The day is an open, non-commercial event, intended for professional
pilots, engineers, air traffic controllers, students, their employers,
relevant trainers and supervisors.
On the Aviation Knowledge & Career Day 2011, pilots, engineers,
air traffic controllers, airlines, companies, media and knowledge
centres will be brought together with a view to transferring or increasing
knowledge and mutual understanding.
This year's edition we are focussing on 6 key areas:
1: Aircraft Manufacturers
2: Flight Operations
3. Human Factors and CRM
4. MEA (maintenance, engines and avionics; Food
for Thought for the engineers amongst us!)
5. ATC, R&D and Training
6. Royal NL Air Force
Every key area is being well represented in
the programme. Available for meet and greet with pilots are airlines
(more information to follow).
Mr. Peter de Swert (Vice-President KLM Engines & Maintenance)
will address the audience with the opening speech.
Simplifying communication between professional pilots and potential
employers will be one of the most important effects of these days.
Added to this, the focus will be on increasing knowledge of the
professional field and its periphery. Be the expert!
The Career Day 2011 is also offering a platform where parties can
meet and educate each other. As a result, professional pilots can
better prepare themselves for their job and companies can better
profile themselves as an employer.
After 4 earlier and very succesfull editions it's our big pleasure
to invite you now for the 5th jubilee edition! Welcome on the 5th
of November 2011!
